Email: If you have a computer, and are connected to the Internet, you can print at Phoenix. We accept prints emailed to us. We can have them printed, and ready to be picked up, by the end of the business day (if received before noon). We proudly provide convenience and high quality to compliment our fast return time.
FTP: The digital age is amazing. Millions of digital files are transferred across the Internet daily. We can create an FTP account for you that will allow you to send us image files via the Internet. You can send us an infinite number of photographs in a matter of minutes (pending on your internet connection). This allows you to make your order from the comfort of your own home.
We also provide shipping. Ask our staff for information regarding the shipping options available for your order.
Signing Up
Signing up for an account is easy. Just email us the below details using our contact form and select "Request an account" as your subject or call us at 416.290.5129 and provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email address
- Desired username (Optional -- for FTP access only)
- Desired password (Optional -- for FTP access only)
FTP Access Information
Please ensure you have signed up with us before attempting to use our FTP server. Each user has a unique login and password to ensure the privacy of all the files stored on our servers. Our FTP servers can be reached at:

If you are using Internet Explorer as your FTP client, you can access the server through:
ftp://username:password@ftp.phoenixprolabs.com.
(username and password are the appropriate Username and Password established in your account.)
